Some significant changes that will directly impact World of Warcraft's twink community are just around the bend according to the PTR 2.4.3 patch notes.

Perhaps the most notable change, players in the 30-39 bracket will be able to train in Apprentice Riding and use a mount. Long, lazy strolls from the Farm to the Stables should be a thing of the past. Level 30 Warlocks and Paladins will get their "freebie" mounts at level 30 instead of 40. It is also safe to say we should see a pretty dramatic increase in the number of 39 twinks due to the addition of mounts.
