Level 19 Twinking Guide
I have created a guide for 3 types of rogue twinks for the 19 twink bracket. I am working on my third rogue twink currently. (One is horde and got leveled, the next was horde, and im making an alliance one) I hope my guide helps those who wish to twink as a level 19 twink rogue.

COMMON ARMOR:
*Some people may not always use this build, but it is good for starters
Head: Lucky Fishing Hat +8 agility libram
Neck: Sentry/Scout's Medallion
Shoulder: Serpent's Shoulder
Cloak: Sentry Cloak +12 Dodge Rating
Chest: Blackened Defias Chestpiece +100 HP
Wrist: Forest Leather Bracers +9 Stamina
Glove: Gloves of the Fang +15 Agility
Belt: Deviate Scale Belt
Leggings: Dark Leather Pants +40 Stamina +12 Agility
Feet: Feet of the Lynx +7 Agility/Minor Speed
Ring1: Seal of Wyrnn/Sylvanas
Ring2: Protector/Legionnaire's Band
Trinket: Arena Grand Master
Trinket :Arena Grand Master
Ranged: Throat Piercers
Weapon (Main): Assassin's Blade +15 Agility (+5 Weapon Damage is okay as well)
Weapon (Off Hand): Shadowfang +15 Agility

ATTACK POWER:
*This build may be a little more difficult and time consuming.
Head: Lucky Fishing hat +8 Agility Libram
Neck: Sentinel/Scout's Medallion
Shoulder: Scouting Spaulders +26 Attack Power +14 Critical Strike
Chestpiece: Bandit Jerkin of Power +4 Stats
Wrist: Rigid Bracelets of Power +9 Strength
Gloves: Gloves of the Fang +15 Agility
Belt: Deviate Scale Belt
Leggings: Scouting Trousers of Power +50 Attack Power +12 Critical Strike
Feet: Feet of the Fang +7 Agility
Ring1: Meadow Ring of the Tiger
Ring2: Protector/Legionnaire's Band
Trinket: Arena Grand Master
Trinket: Arena Grand Master
Ranged: Throat Piercers
Weapon: Cruel Barb +15 Agility (or +5 Weapon Damage)
Weapon2: Cruel Barb +15 Agility (or +5 Weapon Damage)

STAMINA
*In my opinion it is a waste, but if you enjoy dual-wielding and hp, read on.
Head: Lucky Fishing Hat +100 HP Libram
Neck: Sentinel/Scout's Medallion
Shoulder: Talbar Mantle
Cloak: Miner's Cape
Chestpiece: Blackened Defias Armor +100 HP
Wrist: Wrangler's Wristbands of Stamina +9 Stamina
Glove: Scouting Gloves of the Monkey +15 Agility
Belt: Deviate Scale Belt
Pants: Scouting Trousers of the Monkey +40 Stamina +12 Agility
Feet: Nat Pagle's Extreme Anglin' Boots +Boar's Speed or +12 Stamina
Ring1: Seal of Sylvanas/Blood Ring
Ring2: Blood Ring
Trinket: Arena Grand Master
Trinket: Arena Grand Master
Ranged: Throat Piercers
Weapon: Dawnblade/Night Watch Shortsword +15 Agility or +5 Weapon Damage
Weapon: Night Watch Shortsword +15 Agility or +5 Weapon Damage
Hp: Alliance - 2,000 (Around) Horde: 2,030 (Around)
*Favored Races: Dwarf or Orc
* I did not add on the mining glitch buff, but that should be added on is +300 hp

No-one is going to roll with a Shadowfang on offhand no matter how drunk they're, if they know what theyre doing... :P

Theres a lot wrong with this guild and I dont have the time to correct your mistakes right now but I will do that later... If no-one else does.

Stopped reading when you said AB in MH is for "common" gear. That and SF in OH...

The problem with that statement is that when you use most commonly use a dagger in the MH

Honestly if you're not just messing around for ambush crits, SF/Thiefs blade is wayyyyy better for general use, even if you have an AB.

no, you dont. you have a sword in the MH and switch in a dagger.

and as for SF in the OH, a proc isnt going to help your ambushes or backstabs, have a cruel barb or TB

as for your AP set, wranglers of power give 2 more AP than the rigid bracers
