Hmm my level 19 Gnome rogue has only lost to the same tpye of rogue ... balanced.
Any rogue with HP get hit loads by me so I do alot of damage to him as his dodge chance is gunna be below 30%?. Any rogue agility built cant take alot of hits off me and I will just mortar go behind him where he cant dodge. Gouge go behind him. He will die quick
my rogue has 147 agility and 1081 health
