should of mentioned dodge nerf in rogue section, and not to sound stupid, as you've done a great job, but you stated that an item that restores 7 hp each 5th secs restores 30 in 4.3, which seems a bit odd.
you've changed it while I was reading and posting :P

Tidal: just use the Architect's section if you want to play around with it (formatting, links, etc) until you're ready.....then we can move it over to the drawing board, etc.

It's actually an nerf on agiltiy, and I dont have the bluepost (cant find it) but they said something along the lines of : We don't want level 80 rogues to tank end-game bosses, and by there taking up valueable spots for "real" tanks.
